House RulesHouse Rules for Exclusive Rental
- Check-in: after 15:00 | Check-out: before 10:00
- Common areas (lobby, kitchen, balconies, garden) are free to use. Please restore them to their original condition after use.
- Kitchen facilities (refrigerator, gas stove, cookware, dishes, etc.) are available at no extra charge from 08:00 to 21:00. Please clean up after use.
- Please sort your waste (general waste, recyclables, food scraps) and bag it properly. We will handle the rest.
- Room assignments are arranged by SheepVillage based on total headcount, evenly distributing double and quad rooms. Individual room selection is not available.
- Each bed is intended for two people. If you prefer one person per bed, please count that person as two guests for pricing purposes.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00 the next morning. Please move activities indoors and keep the volume down.
- If you bring your own speakers or karaoke equipment, please stop using them after 21:30.
- No smoking anywhere on the property (including e-cigarettes). Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area on the ground floor. Please bring your own ashtray and fully extinguish all cigarettes.
- If you are bringing pets, you must notify us when booking. Guests who bring pets without prior approval may be refused check-in with no deposit refund.
- A NT$5,000 deposit is collected at check-in and fully refunded at checkout if common areas are left in good condition.

※ In the event of a typhoon, earthquake, or other natural disaster causing road closures, with an official work/school suspension announced by the local county government, you may choose to postpone (deposit held for 3 months, one postponement only) or receive a full refund (minus NT$200 administrative fee) with supporting documentation.

Is SheepVillage suitable for parties or noisy events?
SheepVillage is best suited for guests who appreciate a quiet atmosphere, nature, and quality time with family and friends. If you bring your own karaoke or speakers, please stop using them after 21:30. If your group requires a louder celebration, SheepVillage may not be the best fit.
Does the exclusive rental package include breakfast?
The exclusive rental package does not include breakfast, giving you full flexibility to plan your mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Please note that shopping on the mountain is limited and regular delivery services are unavailable, so be sure to plan ahead and bring enough ingredients.
What if someone wants a bed to themselves? How is it priced?
Absolutely. Beds are generally shared by two guests. If a guest prefers to have a bed to themselves, they will be counted as two guests for pricing purposes. Please let us know your requirements when booking and we will help calculate the best arrangement.
Will the caretaker be around the whole time?
Rest assured, while our caretaker lives upstairs and handles daytime tasks around the property, they fully respect your privacy and will never intrude. They will only appear when you need assistance.
Can we bring pets?
If you plan to bring pets, please inform us of the type, size, and number of pets before booking. We will assess whether we can accommodate them based on the day's room availability. Guests who bring pets without prior confirmation may be refused check-in.
How are children charged?
The "per additional guest" rate applies to all guests who occupy a bed. If you have infants or toddlers who do not need a bed, or other special circumstances, please let us know when booking and we will discuss the arrangements with you.
