Cingjing Farm, open since 1961 at approximately 1,750 meters elevation, is one of Taiwan's most famous alpine tourism farms. It is divided into the Green Grassland (sheep area), the Mountain Pasture (horse show area), the Small Swiss Garden, and the Cingjing Skywalk connecting them all.

Option A — Take It Slow

Relax at the homestay in the morning, no need to rush for early entry. Both afternoon shows fit nicely in sequence.

The SheepVillage advantage: No need to rush. Walk 12 minutes to the farm, watch the horse show, come back for a nap, then head out again for the sheep show. This relaxed rhythm is only possible when you stay within walking distance.

Option B — See It All Efficiently

Catch both shows back-to-back, then walk down the Skywalk to Small Swiss Garden in one continuous route. Weekends/holidays only — no sheep show on weekdays.

The pastoral area is right next to SheepVillage. No farm ticket needed — you can often see sheep grazing on the meadow next door. Step out in the morning and you might bump into a few sheep on your way. This is everyday life when you live here.

After the farm closes, you are still on the mountain. Cingjing at night has no tourists — just stars, silence, and the crisp coolness unique to the highlands. This is what Cingjing truly feels like.
