FAQFrequently Asked Questions

Can we have a BBQ or host an event?

Yes — the outdoor courtyard is great for small gatherings and events. If you plan to barbecue or need special equipment, please let us know in advance via LINE@ so we can help arrange everything.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, but please inform us of the number and breed beforehand. Keep the premises clean and tidy before check-out. Pets are not permitted in the kitchen or dining areas.

Can we book just a few rooms with an exclusive rental?

An exclusive rental means you get the entire building. You can use as many or as few rooms as you need, but the minimum rental fee still applies. If your group is small, a regular room booking may be more suitable.

How far is Cingjing Farm?

About a 12-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. Many groups enjoy walking over together in the morning to catch the farm shows.
